Anne Roos van Veen, born in Assen, The Netherlands (2001), is an artist and explorer currently studying Product Design at HKU in Utrecht. From 2018 to 2022, she studied Interior Design at Cibap Vakschool voor Vormgeving.
It was there that she began designing spaces and creating atmospheres. Toward the end of her studies, she found herself fascinated by the beauty of vintage design. This fascination led her to pursue a degree in Product Design.
As her new studies began, her interests expanded toward nature and capturing its beauty—gradually blending her everyday joys with the creative process. In her work, she explores the relationship between humans and nature, and how to translate that connection into art and installations.
In 2024, this path led her to study a minor in Interaction Design at the Zurich University of the Arts. There, she explored different ways of connecting and interacting with both human and non-human entities.
