Printed Wool

In the Netherlands, wool is often forgotten and discarded on a large scale.

By combining leftover wool with historical printer’s ink from a museum in Tilburg, I created a marbled, textured material that is both visually striking and subtly reinforced.

In Nederland wordt wol vaak vergeten en op grote schaal weggegooid. Door restwol te combineren met historische drukkersinkt uit een museum in Tilburg ontstond een gemarmerd, gestructureerd materiaal dat zowel visueel sterk is als subtiel versterkt.
